A Grateful place where Garcia fans will be Gathering! Jerry Garcia fans come from all around to dance and see some of the best jambands in the midwest at the 3G’s tribute, honoring and paying tribute to the Grateful Dead’s guitarist Jerry Garcia. It also marks the celebration of Jerry Garcia’s 74th Birthday, and it is the 21st anniversary of Jerry Garcia’s untimely passing. It’s also a time when many fans pay tribute to remember other Grateful Dead members like Ron “Pigpen” McKernan, Keith Godchaux, Brent Mydland, and Vince Welnick.

Tickets will be available at the gate!
$85 - Thursday through Sunday tickets
$65 - Saturday through Sunday tickets
$55 - Single day tickets

  • Gates open from dawn until dusk Thursday through Saturday.
  • Cash only at the Gate.

Wristbands

You will be given one wristband at the gate when you arrive. *DO NOT LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND* We will have a volunteer team out walking the campground looking for persons who do not have a festival wristband on their wrists. If you’re wearing a long sleeved shirt you might be asked to let our volunteer see your wristband. Be nice, they are only doing their job! This will be enforced throughout the weekend day and night. If you are caught without a wristband, you’ll be asked to purchase them at the gate.


Re-Entry

Your wristband will allow you to leave the festival and return. We do not reissue a wristband for any reason, so DO NOT LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND

This is Where All of Your Memories Will Be Re-lived!

The 2016 3G Festival is proud to be at Camp NCN in Black River Falls, Wisconsin!



Please help in keeping the venue clean by cleaning up your area and putting your trash in the barrels provided. If you see trash on the ground, be kind by showing you care and pick it up. Please be respectful to the people around you and look out for each other. Smiling at another person will always bring a smile back to you!

Camping is so much fun with friends, and family! Primitive camping services are provided such as bathrooms, ice, and drinking water. We have designated camping areas for RVs and this venue is handicap accessible. A wide variety of food and merchandise vendors will also be at the festival.

What to Bring

Please Come Prepared for a Real Good Time!

We are excited to bring you many new changes to the Grateful Garcia Gathering in 2016. Our 13th Anniversary will be super sweet, with more freedoms without worries!



If you have been to the 3G’s before, you know that the weather can be very unpredictable, so pack accordingly. Organize with your campsite neighbors to Establish a Wook Patrol Checkpoint!



Make Sure to Iclude These Items

  • Bring Your Tickets!
  • Bring grapes and eat them all weekend long. Mosquitoes hate the scent of grapes coming from your body’s smell!
  • All tents should be 10ft. apart from each other.!
  • Bring Angel Lanterns. If the weather permits it will start 10:15pm-10:45pm during set breaks!!
  • E-Z Ups!
  • For GA Camping, a tent, teepee, shade tents, tarps, portable hammocks.!
  • Clothes including jackets, rain gear, and shoes.!
  • Food and beverages (NO glass bottles of any kind)!
  • First aid kit, and bug repellent lotion.!
  • Toiletries and toilet paper. “Is that your toothbrush?”!
  • Flashlights, cell phone, camera, radio, and batteries.!
  • Folding chairs, portable grills.!
  • Guitars, drums, and other instruments for late night jamming with your friends!!



Make Sure NOT to Bring These Items

  • No Illegal Drugs
  • No Nitrous Tanks, or Whip-its
  • DO NOT leave jewelry, wallets, lap top computers, or ANYTHING of value in your car or tents. You are responsible for your valuables, not us. If it can’t be seen, it can’t be stolen.
  • No Fireworks
  • No Firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted – this means no holster or concealed weapons
  • No glass containers or glass bottles
  • No saws or axes
  • No Pets (sorry!)
  • No ATVs, golf carts or any other motorized vehicles
  • No loud generators
  • No playing/blaring loud music in the early hours of the morning, especially electronic music. Be respectful of folks trying to sleep after the hours of 2am in the campground.
  • No bad habits allowed. Dispose of all your trash and don’t make others clean up your mess.
  • No Bad attitudes
  • Know a Dealer? Thats a no brainer, turn them in.

Any person bringing a syringe into this venue will need to show medication, prescription and photo ID. Use of illegal drugs is not permitted at anytime, or anywhere at this venue. Anyone using illegal drugs will be ask to leave the event with NO REFUND. We take this VERY seriously. We know it is unlawful for us to knowingly open this venue/campground, lease it, rent it, use it, or maintain any place for that matter whether permanently or temporarily, for the purpose of *ANYONE* distributing or using any controlled substances at this venue/campground, and now YOU know it too. Be smart. Please follow these simply rules above! HAVE A REAL GOOD TIME, and don’t ruin this wonderful place for others to enjoy.

Speed limit is 5mph in all areas at Quiet Forest Resort Campground.


ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. Keep your ID on you when drinking at all times as you may be asked to present it if approached by security. Drink reasonable amounts of alcoholic beverages as to not make an ass out of yourself. . . KEGS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE VENUE, carry-ons are ok. NO GLASS. Save your milk and water bottles prior to coming to the 3G’s and pour your glass bottled liquor into a plastic bottle before you arrive.

We will have 20 merchant venders and 4 food venders.
First come first serve!

We have Festie-Cab as our vendor for all your transportation needs at the venue! Please use their services when you arrive to haul all your camping gear to your favorite campsites.

$35 - Merch vendors per weekend in concert bowl - 30 amps.
